GRANDIVA Khanom Pool Villa Rules

1. Only the number of people notified can be stayed. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people per room, totaling 12 people. We can add an extra bed for 6 people (500 baht per person).
2. Children aged 0-9 years (not more than two people) stay free with parents, with no additional accommodation fees, and remain without an extra bed. Children over nine must add an extra bed at 500 baht/person.
3. Please don’t bring unregistered guests to stay. If found, we will impose a fine of 2,000 baht/person.
4. Check-out at 12:00 noon (noon). Late check-out during 12.00-13.00 hrs. will be charged 1,000 baht.
5. Check-out after 1:00 p.m. will be charged the full price.
6. All villa guests must present their ID card or passport (for foreigners) upon check-in. and pay for accommodation Including a damage insurance fee of 5,000 baht before staying. Guests will receive a full refund of the damaged insurance fee when checking out and not damaging anything.
7. If the customer has already paid for the accommodation, cancellation or refund cannot be allowed. If you need to postpone your booking, it can be allowed only once, notified at least seven days before the booking date, and the subsequent stay must be three months from the original booking. If the customer has agreed to postpone the booking date, we reserve the right to refund the booking or the total accommodation fee. Accommodation prices may be adjusted according to the season of the desired stay date.
8. Regarding booking a room and not arriving on the booking date and time, 100% of accommodation fees will not be refunded.
9. We provide accommodation. The customer is responsible for their valuables. If something is lost in the room or inside the villa, The villa is not accountable.
10. We provide parking next to the villa. We are not responsible for your car and the valuables inside it.
11. Please keep the rooms clean. If the villa’s property is damaged or lost, the guest must compensate for damages according to the price of each item.
12. We provide a swimming pool for everyone’s enjoyment. Parents should closely supervise their children playing in the pool. If any force majeure event occurs, we are not responsible.
13. To comply with the law, we ask guests to keep their noise down during the night from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. We are not responsible for complaints.
14. Do not smoke inside the room. However, you can smoke outside only.
15. Guests are prohibited from doing anything that is against the law or ethics, such as drugs, gambling, prostitution, etc.
16. Flammable objects, dangerous chemicals, explosives, and weapons are not allowed into the villa.
17. Don’t move furniture/objects from the villa without permission. 18. Do not use electrical appliances with wattage different from those in Thailand without a power converter (Adapter).
